Classic European Roulette is played with the Single 0 format, giving players the choice of 37 individual numbers to bet on, or any combination or outside bets.
Classic European Roulette Overview
Classic European Roulette sticks to the traditional setup with a clean layout. The main betting grid sits on the left with 37 total numbers: 1–36 alternating between Red and Black, plus a Single 0 at the top. To the right is an oval-shaped grid that makes betting faster by letting you select a number and automatically cover its nearby neighbours on the wheel.
How the Grid Works
Classic European Roulette follows the same rules as standard roulette, but the oval betting tool is a unique extra. When you pick a Single Number from the oval table, your chosen bet is placed on that number plus the two numbers on each side of it. For example, picking Number 5 covers 5, 16, 24, 10, and 23 — letting you cover a cluster of numbers quickly instead of placing bets one by one.
Betting Options
Players can choose between Inside and Outside bets:
- Inside bets: Straight-Up (single number), Splits (2 numbers), Streets (3 numbers), Corners (4 numbers), and Lines (6 numbers).
- Outside bets: Colours (Red/Black), Odds/Evens, High/Low (1–18 or 19–36), Dozens (1st 12, 2nd 12, 3rd 12), or Columns.
This setup gives plenty of flexibility, whether you’re chasing long-shot payouts or sticking with steady, safer wagers.
Payout Odds
Wins are based on the type of bet you’ve placed:
Inside Bets
- Straight-Up: 35–1
- Splits: 17–1
- Streets: 11–1
- Corners: 8–1
- Lines: 5–1
Outside Bets
- Columns/Dozens: 2–1
- Colours, Odds/Evens, High/Low: 1–1
To calculate your payout, multiply your bet size by the odds of the winning bet. Since you can place multiple bets in one spin, it’s possible to score several wins at once.
